Holding a Master's in Information Science and a Bachelor's in Journalism, I blend marketing data, user behavior, and retention strategies to figure out what keeps people engaged, what makes them leave, and how to bring them back.

I focus on lifecycle marketing and churn analysis, digging into the numbers to find patterns in how users interact, when they drop off, and what actually drives long-term retention. It’s less about vanity metrics and more about understanding the full picture, how people move through a product and what nudges make a difference.

For me, it’s all about taking data and turning it into clear, actionable insights that help shape smarter marketing strategies and better user experiences.
