As the lead on this project, I spearheaded the design, development, and testing phases of three innovative packaging alternatives, targeting a revival in customer interest and sales growth.

Design Phase: Developed three distinct packaging concepts (Designs A, B, and C) tailored to resonate with our core demographic, focusing on a blend of visual appeal and functional innovation.
Testing Phase: Conducted comprehensive market tests within our target audience to evaluate the new designs on two primary metrics: visual attractiveness and purchase likelihood.
Analysis Phase: Employed quantitative and qualitative analyses to compare the new designs against the current packaging, focusing on their ability to captivate attention and convert interest into sales.
